This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, create an account, purchase services (subscriptions or one-time), connect integrations, or interact with us.
a. Account and Contact: name, company, role, email, phone, billing and service addresses, and credentials.
b. Payment: payment method details processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
c. Client Data from Your Systems: data you connect or upload from CRMs, marketing tools, or other sources to enable the Services. You own your Client Data.
d. Usage and Device: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps.
e. Cookies and Similar Technologies: used for session management, preferences, analytics, and security. See the Cookies section below for details.
f. Communications: support requests, surveys, and service-related messages.
g. Comments/Embedded Content (if enabled): if you leave comments, we collect form data, IP address, and user-agent for spam detection; embedded content from other sites behaves as if you visited those sites.
We use information to (a) provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; (b) set up and manage accounts, subscriptions, renewals, and one-time services; (c) secure the Services and prevent fraud/abuse; (d) operate third-party integrations you authorize; (e) provide support and respond to inquiries; (f) send operational notices and, where permitted, limited marketing communications (opt-out anytime); and (g) comply with law and enforce our Terms.
a. Integrations You Authorize: If you connect third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, ad platforms, email systems), we will exchange data with those services as you configure and authorize. Their policies govern their use.
b. Service Providers: Vendors supporting hosting, analytics, security, email, and payments may access personal information only to perform services under confidentiality obligations.
c. Legal and Protection: We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect rights, property, or safety.
d. We do not sell personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable state laws.

We retain personal information as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business needs (e.g., security, legal, accounting). Client Data is retained per your configuration and our agreements; upon account closure or written request, we delete or de-identify Client Data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and Client Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
